Nicaragua

The Central Bank of Nicaragua was created by Article 148 inc. 19 of the Constitution of 1950 through legislative decree no. 525 on the 25th of August, 1960. It began operations January 1, 1961 as a state institution with operational autonomy, indefinite duration, independent funding and legal identity.
